Winter 2017-2018

December may be cold but we are heating up! We have an "indoor campfire" Pack meeting in December. Each den performs a skit with plenty of singing and fun. We end the night by crowning the "Popcorn King" (the boy who sold the most popcorn). The King will throw a pie in the face to Cubmaster Steve..and it isn't just any pie- Cans of whipped cream, chocolate, and toppings! It is messy, but oh how the boys love it.

January 2018- Get your engines ready- it is PINEWOOD DERBY time! This is a tradition of cub scouts and a family favorite. Boys compete not only for speed, but best paint job, most patriotic, best not-a-car, best in show and boys favorite.

February we will go ice skating in a private rink reserved for Pack 79 and have our annual Blue & Gold dinner with emoji theme this year!

March we will camp-in at the Camden Aquarium overnight. We do not recommend you sleep in the HIPPO room- pew!

Look for us on March 24th in the Robbinsville St. Patrick's Day Parade (we had to cancel last year when the parade was moved due to snow but we look forward to march this year).

Finally our Arrow of Light (5th graders) will cross over into Boy Scouts in March and leave Pack 79 to continue their adventures in scouting!
